GU96 make finals at 1st Annual Seattle Cup

GU96 Classic went to the finals in the first annual Seattle Cup last weekend at the Starfire complex.  Game three was a highlight with the girls going in needing a win to advance to the finals. After a hard fought battle full of sheer determination and heart, the girls put in the game winning goal with just minutes to go in the game.  They advanced to the finals on Sunday and though they gave it all they had, they came up short and took second place.  Coach Ryan and the parents are proud of the team's great showing at this tournament!
