Washington Rush College Training Day with
Jeff Rowland and Craig Waibel

Washington Rush is proud to host a 1-day camp with Craig Waibel and Jeff Rowland, assistant coaches for the University of Washington Men’s Soccer Team. This camp is open to 48 boys from U15-U18.  Jeff and Craig will run a 2-hour session.  Hurry up and register!  Space is limited.

When: Tuesday, July 23
Time: 10am – 12pm
Who: U15-U18 players (Non Rush players are welcome to attend)
Where: Kasch Park (8811 Airport Rd. Everett, WA 98204)
Cost: $30

The University of Washington is a NCAA division I program and a member of the Pac 12 Conference.

Washington Rush College Training Day with 
Mike Washington
 Whitman College Men’s Soccer Head Coach


Washington Rush is proud to host a 1-day camp Mike Washington, the men’s head coach of Whitman College. This camp is open to 24 boys from U15-U18.  Mike will run a 2-hour session.  Hurry up and register!  Space is limited.

When: Thursday, June 27th
Who: U15-U18 players (Non Rush players are welcome to attend)

Whitman College is a private liberal arts college located in Walla Walla.  Whitman men’s soccer is a NCAA division III program and a member of the Northwest Conference.

Washington Rush Girl’s College ID Camp

Washington Rush is proud to host a 4-day camp with some of the best women’s college coaches in the Northwest.  This camp is open to 20 girls from U15-U18.  Each day a different college coach will run a 2-hour training session.  Hurry up and register!  Space is limited.

When: June 24-27
Who: U15-U18 players (Non Rush players are welcome to attend)

Washington Rush announces our new Academy program
This program is for U7's-U9's.


Academy goals
Increased technical competency and preparation in the following areas:
  • Balance, coordination and control
  • Dribbling and ball mastery
  • Skill development – Fakes and Moves
  • Development of positive game behaviors – Creative, attacking players
Training:
The Academy teams will train twice a week as a team. Players will also receive technical training for 18 weeks with specialized coaches on the Rush staff where players work specifically on their ball mastery skills. 

Teams will take 3 weeks off throughout the summer; Timing based on the coach’s discretion. Mid November - mid January is down time for the teams, but they will typically play in an indoor tournament which is optional for each player and team.

Outlook of the year:
Summer:
The Academy teams will participate in 3 tournaments through the summer. One tournament per month in June, July and August.

Fall:
The Academy teams will play in a local (Snohomish County and Greater Seattle) 10-12 game league season in a 6-a-side format.

Spring:
The Academy teams will play in a local (Snohomish County and Greater Seattle) 5-7 game league season in the spring in a 6-a-side or 9-a-side format. 

End of Year Jamboree:
The Academy teams will end the year with a Jamboree against other RCL Academy teams. In previous years this has been a one-day 4 game event in Olympia.

Cost $695:
14% ($97.30) non-refundable down payment due at registration 8 Monthly Installments of: $74.72

The player fee covers the following:

  • Registration
  • League fees for the 2013-2014 soccer season
  • Game and training (practice) field rental
  • Directors and Administrative Staff
  • Goalkeeper training
  • Referees and assistant referees for league and state cup games
  • Coaching fee
  • Facility, Storage & Equipment rentals
  • Website and Website Maintenance
  • Field Development
  • Technical Training  

Team Expenses/Player expenses 

Each team will have a team budget that is approved by the team coach and director and could cover these additional expenses; depending on each team. Each player will also order their own uniform and any additional Rush gear.

Required: Home and Away adidas Jersey, 2 Shorts, 2 Socks and black training tee. (Est. $175)

Optional: Warm up coat, pants, backpack, adidas training short and sock
