Ages 4-6
Mighty Mites offers the opportunity for players to experience soccer in a fun and developmentally age-appropriate environment where they learn new skills and play games. Hosted multiple times throughout the year, Mighty Mites is a great way for kids to fall in love with soccer.
Ages 7-11
Whether your player is brand new to organized soccer, or looking to take their game to the next level, Junior Academy introduces young athletes to the Rush way in our in-house academy league hosted over seven weeks in the spring. Players benefit from age appropriate training sessions and games.
Ages 7-8
The Junior RCL serves as an introduction to the highest level of play in the state while benefiting from a professional coaching environment. Each player has the opportunity to grow their passion for soccer while having flexibility between year-round or seasonal teams.
Ages 9-18
Rush Select provides a bridge between Recreational and Premier soccer programs. The select program serves youth who are seeking to grow as players in a competitive environment without the year-round commitment.
Ages 7-18
Premier soccer is the top level of play and competition. Depending on age and level of the team, premier players are challenged with local, regional, and national leagues. They are exposed to professional coaches and challenged with appropriate tournaments based on their level.
The Rush network allows for opportunities that are unique to the Rush and unmatched in youth soccer. Taking a vacation in Hawaii and still want to train? Our Hawaii Rush partner can help! Want to attend a tournament on the East Coast for a college scout to see you play? Guest play for a Rush team attending that event! Utilize our size and strength to help in your development and showcase your ability. Regional Rush Select teams are formed with the top U13-U15 players from Rush clubs from all over the world. Starting at U16, one National Rush Select team is formed. The aim of the program is to give top Rush players unique learning experiences that help them evolve as both a player and a person through training, competition and travel abroad.

The Northwest National League Conference has team-based and club-based leagues that provide a qualification pathway to the current season's USYS Regional Championships and the next seasonal year of National League P.R.O..
National League P.R.O. provides a platform for top boys teams in the U14 through U19 age groups to compete in a league format to determine the National League representatives to the annual USYS National Championships. The P.R.O. league has allowed our Washington Rush teams to test themselves against some of the country's best teams!

Elite level leagues begin when teams start playing 11v11 at U13. These leagues provide opportunities to play against highly competitive teams outside of the RCL and gain exposure to different teams, styles of play, and competition from across the country.
