Coach
Anna played her youth soccer at Washington Rush where she helped her team to multiple League Titles and a State Cup Championship.
After playing soccer for Kamialk High School, she went on to play 4 years at Northwest University as a forward. There, she helping NU to a league title, a conference championship title, a conference runner up and two appearances in the national tournament. Some honors she earn while at NU include: Conference Chamipionship player of the tournament for her winning goals in the quarter and semi finals and assist in the final, Academic all District, and NU Eagle of the Week.
Lau also played one season of semi-pro soccer for the Kirkland GOATS in 2022.
Anna is thrilled to be returning to Rush as a coach where she hopes to inspire the next generation of youth players.
