Highlights
  • Approximately 8 months of training,
  • Approximately 12-16 league games

  • Paid Rush licensed coaching staff
  • Full access to Rush at Home training program
  • Players who try out for a Premier team and are not offered a spot will be offered the opportunity to try out for our Select teams.
Training

U15-U19 teams train 3 times per week.
Training sessions are generally 90 minutes long.  Time and location varies.

Competition

U15-U19 Premier teams compete in the RCL.

Elite level leagues begin when teams start playing 11v11 at U13. These leagues provide opportunities to play against highly competitive teams outside of the RCL and gain exposure to different teams, styles of play, and competition from across the country. Our BOYS teams have the opportunity to qualify to compete in the National League and GIRLS have the opportunity to play on our Girls Academy teams.
